What a viewing is like
You sit down. We bring a tray. You try on as much as you like, for as long as you like, and nobody stands over you.
If you have told us what you are interested in beforehand we will have it out and ready, along with two or three things you did not ask for but probably should have. If you would rather browse quietly, say so and we will leave you to it.

Bring something to trade
If you are thinking of part-exchanging, bring it. We will value it while you are looking, so you know exactly what the difference would be before you decide anything.
Buying for someone else
We keep a note of sizes and preferences if you ask us to, and we will hold a piece for 24 hours without a deposit while you think. Gift wrapping, a card, and delivery timed to the day you need it.
