What we do
Everything is handled in-house. Nothing is sent to a third party without telling you first.
Full service
Complete strip-down, ultrasonic clean, new gaskets, lubrication, regulation in six positions and a pressure test.
Polish & refinish
Factory-spec brushing and polishing, bevels kept crisp. We will talk you out of it if the case is better left alone.
Authentication
41 checks and a written report against the serial, whether you bought it from us or not.
Repairs & parts
Crystals, crowns, stems, bracelet links, clasp springs. Genuine parts wherever they can be obtained.
How a service runs
Drop off or free collection
Bring it to the boutique, or we arrange insured collection anywhere in the UAE at our cost.
Assessment and a fixed quote
We open it, tell you what it needs and what it does not, and quote a firm number. Nothing proceeds until you agree.
On the bench
Strip-down, clean, new gaskets, lubrication, reassembly and regulation across six positions.
Timing and pressure test
Rate, amplitude and beat error recorded before and after. Dry pressure test to the stated depth.
Back to you, warranted
Returned insured with the timing sheet and a 12-month warranty on the work.

The bench
Two Swiss-trained watchmakers, working in Dubai, on watches they can be held accountable for.
Everything that leaves the bench is timed in six positions and pressure-tested before it goes back in the case or back to you. The timing sheet travels with the watch — before and after — so you can see exactly what changed.
If it is not worth doing
We will say so. A watch that needs more spent on it than it will ever be worth is a watch we will hand back with an honest explanation rather than an invoice.

Bought from us or not, we will look at it properly and tell you the truth about what it needs.
